Back Landscaping at Gravetye Manor
Updated: Feb 23, 2019
A few photos from today's effort.
Some Yorkstone paving with sandstone walling to help make this pedestrian access gate a little easier to navigate.
This gate leads from the East Garden up to the top of the Spring Garden and the Kitchen garden. Not that many visitors will use it that often but it is nice to tidy up an under utilised area of this amazing garden, it really is well worth a visit if you are ever in the East Grinstead area and fancy looking at one of the most important gardens in the history of gardens or maybe just fancy a Michelin star meal.
We have done a fair bit of landscaping in this garden now and it really is one of my favourite places to work. It's so nice to be away from any traffic noise, in a stunning garden that is being constantly improved by a great team of top level gardeners.
Back there on Monday to finish this off along with a few other bits.
